Frequently Asked Questions
How much time should I plan each week?
Most learners study 3–6 hours/week. Our Baby Steps Planner suggests a gentle weekly rhythm based on your chosen course length.
Are there prerequisites?
Beginner courses list any soft prerequisites like basic computer usage. Intermediate and Advanced tracks suggest prior topics; each catalog item includes a clear list.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. You receive a course certificate upon completing required projects and quizzes. Certificates are shareable on LinkedIn and resumes.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund window if you have engaged with less than 25% of the content. Contact us and we will help kindly and promptly.
How long do I keep access?
You keep access for at least 18 months. If a course is retired, we provide an offline package or an equivalent replacement path.
Do you include mentorship?
Select tracks include group office hours. Mentorship add-ons appear in the catalog with clear pricing.
Is the platform accessible?
We aim for WCAG AA. We test keyboard navigation, color contrast, and cognitive load. If something is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it.
Can my employer reimburse me?
Yes. Receipts include course scope and dates. Many learners use L&D budgets; we are happy to provide documentation.
What does “Fallows” mean in your menu?
Fallows is our gentle name for favorites you are “following.” Save items from the catalog, then review them in one place.
